She was predeceased by: her grandchild Angel; her siblings, Otello Colangelo (Elia), Guido Colangelo (Filomena) and Ada Bevilacqua (Eugenio); and her parents, Domenico Colangelo and Paolina Colangelo.
She is survived by: her husband Aldo DiPietro; her children, Massimo DiPietro (Lynda), Lucy Ciancone (Dave) and Paula Connolly (Logan); her grandchildren, Aaron (Kylie), Angie, Luisa, Daniel (Jennifer), Steven (Maddie) and Jake; her in-laws, Lino Di Pietro, Costantino, Resilde Di Pietro, Gina and Giuseppe Di Prospero; her sister-in-law Maria Di Pietro; and her parents-in-law, Crocifissa and Luigi Di Pietro.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 16th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church (620 Rymal Rd E, Hamilton, ON L8W1B3). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
