She was predeceased by: her husband Gabriele; her birth mother Maria Demiels; her father Giovanni Di Matteo; her stepmother Donata; and her siblings, Anella Sanvito (late Mauro), Elisa Tesone (Pietro) and Emidio Di Matteo (Rachela).
She is survived by: her children, Mary (Angelo Tesone) and Vittorio (Debby Buccella); her grandsons, Michael, Carlo (Nazanin) and Christopher; her great grandchild Alessandro; and her sister Maria Acciaccaferro (late Frank). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews in Canada as well as many family members.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Friscolanti Funeral Chapel (43 Barton St E, Hamilton, ON L8L2V7). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
