He was predeceased by: his wife Fran; his grandson Jacob; his siblings, Alice Adams, Ted Mulvale, Jim Mulvale and John Mulvale; and his parents, Paul Edmondstone and Joe Durkacz.
He is survived by: his children, Joey (Marianne Hannon), Maureen (Shawn McPhail) and Kathryn; his grandchildren, Ryan (Veronika), Jessica, Kristen (Jason), Kyle, Athena and Dara (Brad); his great grandchildren, Piper, Finnick and Roman; and his nieces, Carol Fursey (late Ted), Lorraine Kreuger (Bob) and Louise Mulligan.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cresmount Funeral Home (322 Fennell Ave E, Hamilton, ON L9A1T2). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lord Roman Catholic Church (280 Limeridge Rd W, Hamilton, ON L9C2V2).
