Jose Graca Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 3, 2018, Jose Graca (Hamilton, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Heitor Graça of Medeiros; and his sibling Manuel (Sofia). He is survived by: his spouse Maria Adelaide Graça; his children, Romana Collura (Federico) and Brio Graca; his parent Maria Cecilia Graça; and his siblings, Artur (Donaria), Antonio (Helena), Augusta (late Fernando) and Hequieta (Antonio). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Good Shepherd or Development and Peace Catholic Organization.
