Janet Elizabeth (Hanenberg) Lewis Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Janet Elizabeth (Hanenberg) Lewis of Hamilton, Ontario, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 6, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Paul Lewis; her children, Adi and Sam; her close friends, Jeff Hunt and Christina Carvalho; her grandchildren, Hudson, Emerson, Harper, Billie and River; her siblings, Bob (Jane), Heather (Bill), Jim (Catherine), Barb (John) and Jill (Dean); and her siblings-in-law, Peter and Ellen Lewis. She was also cherished by Aunt to her beloved nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 18th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Turner Family Funeral Home (53 Main St, Dundas, ON L9H 2P7). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, September 18th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Remembrances to the Stephen Lewis Foundation Grandmothers-to-Grandmothers Campaign, would be appreciated by Jan's family.
