We are sad to announce that on October 11, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Irene (Kunert) Rahmel (Hamilton, Ontario). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

As we bid adieu to Irene's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Irene has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Helmut; her children, Andrea and Ralf; her daughter-in-law Esther; her granddaughters, Jasmine and Nicole (Matt); and her niece Marianne Kunert. She was also cherished by family and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or The Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
