He was predeceased by: his siblings, Jake, Luke and Jane. He is survived by: his wife Grace Janssen; his children, Luke (Miriam), Allan (Pauline), Margot (Paul), Renee (Len) and Ivan (Patricia); and his siblings, Rennie, Judy and Simon. He is also survived by his 14 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
