She was predeceased by: her former husband Arthur Forest Thompson (Woody); and her sister Barbara. She is survived by: her children, Michael (Kim), Heather and Mark (Grace); her great grandchildren, Caeden, Avery, Ethan and Logan; her sister Patricia; her brother-in-law John Young; and her spouse Woody Thompson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 14th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the West Flamboro Presbyterian Church (262 Middletown Rd, Hamilton, ON L9H5E1).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Gwen's memory to the general fund of West Flamboro Presbyterian Church, 262 Middletown Rd, Dundas, ON L9H 5E1, would be greatly appreciated.
