It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Giuseppe Merulla (Hamilton, Ontario), who passed away on May 26, 2018, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvatore Merulla and Luigia Merulla; his parents-in-law, Salvatore Tirone and Rosaria Tirone; and his siblings-in-law, Giuseppina Rizzo, Calogero Merulla, Concetta Merulla of England, Angela Bartolotta, Filippo Licata of England, Dorotea Tirone of Hamilton and Calogera Ippolito of Hamilton.
He is survived by: his children, Luigina Cedri (Louise), Umberto Cedri, Rosaria Chiesa (Rose), Bruno Chiesa, Iolanda Bozz, Tony Bozz, Councillor Salvatore (Sam) and Corinne Merulla; his grandchildren, Julia Chiesa, Kamal Gill, Stephanie Fodorean, Adrian Fodorean, Michael Chiesa, Roxanne Chiesa, Andrea Bozz, Alexa Merulla and Sabrina Merulla; and his siblings-in-law, Luigi Rizzo of Italy, Muriel Merulla of England, Luigi Bartolotta of Hamilton, Angela Tirone of Hamilton, Gaspare Ippolito of Hamilton, Maria Fuca of Hamilton, Luigi Fuca of Hamilton, Leonardo Tirone of Hamilton and Nancy Tirone of Hamilton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
In kindness, donations to the Juravinski Cancer Centre or St. Peter's Hospital would be greatly appreciated by the family.
