It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gina Battaglia (Hamilton, Ontario), who passed away on April 30, 2023, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Gina Battaglia to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonio Battaglia and Mariannina Battaglia; her mother-in-law Margaret Rehl; and her sister Ida Cosentino (Vince). She is survived by: her spouse Penny Rehl; her siblings, Frances Scandinavo (late Antonio), Connie Gullusci (late Frank), Frank Battaglia (Marilyn), Josie Riverso (late Vince), Gabe Battaglia (Kim), Patricia Bifano (John), Mario Battaglia (Josie DiRisio), Robert Battaglia and Toni Palumbo (Frank); her siblings-in-law, Bonnie Crawford, Peggy Guimond (Jack) and Shirley Wood; and her friends, Susan Buchan and Laurie Beaupre. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Margaret's Place Hospice, Dundas would be greatly appreciated by her family.
