He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Massey (Catherine), Christina Dertringer and Heather Solomon (Robert Krupica); his grandchildren, Alec Turcotte (Tracey), Brent Massey (Natasha), Trisha Dertinger (Shawney), Austin Massey (Danielle), Gregory Solomon (Jessica) and Devin Dertinger; his great grandchildren, Liam, Aiden, Isla, Beckham, Quentin and Camila; and his siblings, Mary Mitchell (late Howard), Isabel Conley (Bill), Evelyn Carlaw (Jim) and James Massey (Barb). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Cresmount Funeral Home (322 Fennell Ave E, Hamilton, ON L9A1T2). A memorial service was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
