Fernando Ferritto Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Fernando Ferritto (Hamilton, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 11, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Santo Ferritto and Maria Ferritto; his parents-in-law, Luigi and Assunta; and his brothers-in-law, Vincenzo and Alfonzo (Filomena).
He is survived by: his children, Floriana (Sheldon), Nina (Emidio), Renato (Brenda) and Franco; his grandchildren, Celina, Alexander, Mikayla, Raquel, Lucas, Leo, Kristen, Xavier and Sebastian; his siblings, Romanina (late Antonio), Orazio (late Amelia), Matilda (late Silvio), Lina (late Gabriele), Tony (Josie) and Anna (Nick); and also Silvana (late Giuseppe). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Hamilton - Bay Gardens Funeral Home (947 Rymal Rd E, Hamilton, ON L8W3M2). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Luke's Parish (200 Mt Albion Rd, Hamilton, ON L8K5S9). A burial was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at the Our Lady of the Angels Cemetery (681 Mud St E, Hamilton, ON L8J3B8).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Parkinson Canada would be appreciated.
