Eleanor Marion touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph James Banner; her sons, John Gregory and Douglas James Banner; and her parents, Jim Weston and Ada Weston.

She is survived by: her children, Nancy, Kim Taylor, Julie and Fred Capretta; her grandchildren, Scott Douglas, Jamie Weston, Melinda Anne Taylor, Annie Catherine (Melvin), Peter Declan Capretta (Rory), Brett James and Steven Douglas Banner; and her great grandchildren, Jonathan, Katie Banner, Olin, June Eleanor Taylor and Sophie Eleanor Bayoneto.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Marlatt Funeral Home (195 King St W, Dundas, ON L9H1V5). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Marlatt Memorial Chapel.
