He was predeceased by: his parents, Fraser Oliver and Muriel Oliver. He is survived by: his children, David (Elizabeth) and Susan; his grandchildren, Meredith and Jackson; his sister Karen Oliver; and his former wife Heather Oliver. He is also survived by his family, friends.
