She was predeceased by: her parents, Paraska Evanchuk and Alex Evanchuk. She is survived by: her sibling John Koshurba (late Elizabeth); her nephews, Robert Koshurba (Kym), Glen Koshurba (Sue) and Larry Koshurba; her children, Tiffany Hoblak (Mike Eshelby), Michael Hoblak and Harli; and also, Lillian Custeau (late James) and Jerry Hoblak (Lynda).

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Hamilton S.P.C.A. would be appreciated as Dianne loved all animals, especially cats.
