He was predeceased by: his spouse Vera Williams; and his sister Olwen "Wendy" of Toronto. He is survived by: his children, Denise Falletta (Vince), Martin (Sheila), Bradley (Rosemarie), Steven (Cathy), Timothy and Beth Kamphuis (Brian). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
