She is survived by: her sons, Ryan (Amanda) and Adam Purdy (Marisa); her grandchildren, Thomas, William, Noah, Eli and Ryker; her siblings, Allan (Bette Mae) and Bonnie (Ken); and her extended family, Peggy, Chris (Stephanie), Justin, Sienna and Hailey.

The family asks in lieu of flowers to kindly donate to Dr. Bob Kemp hospice house who gracefully cared for her.
