He was predeceased by: his brother Godfried (Christel); his wife Christena; and his children, Christian William (Nancy) and Max Martin (Megan). He is survived by: his brother Martin (Margaret); his nieces and nephews, Otto, Martin Jr., Rosemary and Sabine; and his grandchildren, Heather, Zyra, Derek and Bruce.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Clark Funeral Home (567 Upper Wellington St, Hamilton, ON L9A3P8). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. The inurnment was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Mount Hamilton Cemetery (260 Rymal Rd E, Hamilton, ON L9B1C2).
