She was predeceased by: her spouse Calogero Ippolito; her daughters, Lina Ciofani (Robert Ciofani) and Mary Wegner (Alfred Wegner); her parents, Luigi Restivo and Maria Restivo; her parents-in-law, Carmelo and Carmela Ippolito; her siblings, Paolina (Calogero Alfano), Ignazio (Giuseppina Restivo), Lillian (Tino Genovese) and Lorenza Restivo; and her siblings-in-law, Giovanni and Angela.
She is survived by: her daughter Luisa Faulkner (Gord); her grandchildren, Rob Ciofani, Lisa Ciofani, Michael, May Wegner, Carla and Tina Beattie; her great grandchildren, Owen and Alexander Beattie; her sister Margaret Collura (Luigi Collura); her siblings-in-law, Maria Ippolito, Giuseppina Ippolito, Angelo, Rosetta Ippolito, Calogero Falletta and Salvatore Giangreco; and her family Dr. Matteo Castelluzzo. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Hamilton - Bay Gardens Funeral Home (947 Rymal Rd E, Hamilton, ON L8W3M2). A Mass was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Catherine of Siena Roman Catholic Church (620 Rymal Rd E, Hamilton, ON L8W1B3). A burial was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 11:45 AM to 12:15 PM at the Resurrection Catholic Cemetery (254 Garner Rd W, Ancaster, ON L9G3K9).
Donations to St. Joseph's Villa Foundation or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
