He is survived by: his wife Hilda Bouwmeester; his sons, George (Liz) and Brian (Arlene); his grandchildren, Nick (Elyse), Lisa (Jon), Rebecca (Matt), Natalie (Eric), Steven (Andrea), Eric (Avery) and Adam; and his siblings, Henny Stryker, Theresa Brokking (Joop), Deiny Brunsveld (Bill), Johnny Bouwmeester (Claire) and Harry Bouwmeester (Liz).
