He was predeceased by: his parents, Giandomenico Carbone and Concetta Carbone; his siblings, Luigi and Franca; his parents-in-law, Rocco and Incoronata Portanova; and his brothers-in-law, Mike and Mario Portanova.
He is survived by: his wife Gerarda; his children, John, Clara, Gianni and Tina; his grandchildren, Jada and Charlie; his brother Mike (Ivana); and his sister-in-law Anna. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.
Guests will be required to wear a mask or face covering.
