It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anna Cornelia Martina Horst-Van Rijn (Hamilton, Ontario), who passed away on July 27, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Pieter Horst; her daughter Ellie; her husband Pieter; and her son-in-law Len Havinga. She was also cherished by her 6 children, 24 grandchildren and 37+ great-grandchildren.
