He is survived by: his wife Elva Matthews; his children, Bill Jr. (Inga), Kelley (Ben), Shannon, Shawna, Marie, Brenda and Gail (Bill); and his great great grandchild Mason. He is also survived by his many grandchildren, great grandchildren.
