He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Kathy Francis; his parents, Don Mayhew and Evelyn Mayhew; his siblings, Tim (Jackie) and Terry (Joy); his nieces and nephews, Josh (LeeAnna), Luke (Virginia), Jillian (Justin), Elizabeth, Kayson, Ben and Amanda (Steve); and his great-nieces, Iva, Mya, Ava and Callie. He was also cherished by his many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
