He was predeceased by: his wife Darlene McKnight; and his siblings, Lyle and Lois Nesbitt. He is survived by: his children, Cory (Bibi) of Guelph, Jodie (Bill McCormack) of Uxbridge and Gavin (Kathy) of Bridgenorth; his grandchildren, Savanna, Samuel, Nikita, Ciera, Matthew, Emma, Luke and Josh; and his siblings, Ruth Stamp of Minden, Vera (John Kernohan) of Minden and Bradley (Shirley) of Minden. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Haliburton Hospital Auxilliary or Point In Time - Food for Kids would be appreciated by the family.
