He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Haywood and Irma Haywood; and his siblings, Ivan, Ross, Hazel, Beatrice and Dolly.

He is survived by: his daughters, Alicia and Crystal; his grandchildren, Malik, Angel and Ariella; and his sisters, Norma and Vera. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
