He was predeceased by: his wife Rosa; and his brothers, Maurits, Pieter and Frans. He is survived by: his sons, Robert (Lesley English), Donald (late Jane) and Richard (Shelley); and his grandchildren, Stuart (Christina), Andrew (Melanie), Daniel (Krista), Brandon (Lina), Brittney (Trevor) and Adam (Kim).
