He was predeceased by: his parents, Eric Gaynor and Evelyn Gaynor. He is survived by: his son Charles "Chuckie"; and his siblings, Marolyn Runholm (Gary), Lynn Tryzpit (Tom) and Debbie Galbraith (Reg). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
