He was predeceased by: his parents, Mabel and Gordon; and his brother Hugh (Wendy). He is survived by: his wife Karen (Roberton); his sons, Andrew (Carol), James (Lory Mae) and Jonathan (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Kate, Theodore, Maurice and Élise; and his siblings, John (Rosemary) and Mary.
