He is survived by: his wife Liz Church; his sons, Benjamin Church (Jo) and Shane Church (Shannon); his grandchildren, Briar, Ben, Zach and Odin; his mother-in-law Doreen Johnston (late Allan); his siblings, Marlene Wade, Kathy Rathwell, Ron Church, Jim Church and Lynn Church; and his siblings-in-law, Donna (Dan O'Brien), Louisa (Hugh O'Brien), Linda (Don Badham), Joanne (Scott Armstrong) and Derek Johnston (Shawna). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
