It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Yvonne Iris Pollard (Haileybury, Ontario), born in York, Ontario, who passed away on March 12, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Arthur Woodford; her husband Byron Pollard; her siblings, John Woodford, Bob Woodford and Penny Simmons; and her grandchildren, Stanley Britt and Heidi St-Don.
She is survived by: her great grandchild Mya Pollard; her children, Judy (Mike Bazinet), Wayne (Lyn Pollard), Susan (Albert Sopha), Laurie (Bob Britt), Nancy Pollard, Randy Pollard and Jason (Stacey Pollard); and her sister Jeanette Fladgate.
Memorial contributions to CNIB or to the Diabetes Society will be gratefully acknowledged buy the family.
