He is survived by: his wife Barbra Lynn Garvin; his children, Peter Glen Garvin, Rebecca Lynn Rusk (Edward), Christopher John Garvin and Susan Patricia Roy (Marc); his grandchildren, Eva Garvin, Hugh Garvin (Tamara Van), Heather Rusk, Alex Rusk, Maeve Garvin, Emily Savoie and Taylor Garvin; his great grandchild Tylan Garvin; and his sisters, Betty Garvin, Sandra Baker (Edward) and Nancy Blackwell (Dick).
