We bid farewell to Lois Howieson (Haileybury, Ontario), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on August 19, 2024 at the age of 90. Lois touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Baufeldt and Willard Baufeldt; and her brother Jim Baufeldt. She is survived by: her daughter Kathy Smith (Bryan); her husband Glenn Hadley; her siblings, Joan Zinn and Richard Baufeldt; her son David Aaryn (Tracie); her grandchildren, Brad (Angela), Tyler (Katie), Alex (Bev) and Elizabeth (Austin); her great grandchildren, Avery, Roxy, Jagger, Luke, Weston, Devin and Olivia; her children, Keith Hadley (Nancy), Susan (Darcy) and Peter (Jenny); her grandchildren, Ruby (Brice), Ching Max (Matthew), Gray, Merideth, Drew (Tara) and Kylie; and her great grandchildren, Sisi, Jumo and August. She is also survived by Mom enjoyed having her family, children, grandchildren and eventually some great grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 11th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Hendron's Funeral Home (66 Queen St, Lakefield, ON K0L2H0).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Buckhorn or Lakefield Community Care.
