It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leon Eugene Bigras (Haileybury, Ontario), born in Cobalt, Ontario, who passed away on July 17, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Bigras and Clara Bigras. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Bigras; his children, Laurie Damiani (Rick Phillips), Wade Bigras (Angie) and Mitchell Bigras (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Brent, Bryce (Courtney), Brittany (Cameron), Jordan (Rob), Brady, Katelyn, Jarret, Clayton and Jaxson; and his great grandchildren, Jack, Lauchlan, Lainey, Lincoln, Sonny and Wawa Boppa. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
