He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Mills and Dora Mills (Carver); and his sister Judith Butler. He is survived by: his nieces, Kelly Whalen (Jeff), Kimberly and Amber Roy.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Our Mother of Perpetual Help Parish (81 Maple St N, New Liskeard, ON P0J1P0). A prayer was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 8:00 PM. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Fr. Wayne can be made to St. Anthony Trust Fund (retirement fund for the Timmins priests).
