It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeannine Marie Yvette Sansoucy (Haileybury, Ontario), who passed away on February 27, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid Jeannine Marie Yvette farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Jeannine Marie Yvette is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jules Laurin and Lucia Mineault; her husband Raymond Sansoucy; and her children, Pierrette Coté (Michel), Claude Sansoucy and Alain Sansoucy (Josée).

She is survived by: her children, Marcel Sansoucy (Jocelyne), Lorraine Lacroix (Gaetan), Suzanne Laferriere (Serge), Yves Sansoucy (Sylvie) and Marc Sansoucy (Lisa). She is also survived by her nineteen grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.
