He was predeceased by: his children, Joseph and Rejeanne; his sister Alfreda (Dolores); and his parents, Fedor Garneau and Aurore Garneau (Larocque).
He is survived by: his daughter Monique Noel (Richard); and his grandchildren, Daniel Garneau (Lorena), Nathalie Boisvert (Kevyn) and Crystal Burns (Brad). He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
