William left this world on January 6, 2025 at the age of 80, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his grandson Colin; and his siblings-in-law, Marion (Gord) and Crawford (Carole). He is survived by: his wife Joan Fletcher (Packham); his children, Dave (Denise), Greg (Annie), Wendy (Dalton), Ken (Tammy), Joni (Michal) and Julie; his grandchildren, Jonathan, Sarah, Michael, Breanna, Jason, Kennedi, Rachel, Jenni, Hollie, Carson, Rilee, Presley, Addison, Brinkleigh, Raelin, Emersyn and Tatum; his great grandchildren, Ryker, Oliver and Kinsley; his siblings, Larry (late Lyndie), Joan (late Jim), Bryan (late Adele), Evelyn (late Pat), Paul, Barry (Olga), Cindy (Mike), Sue (Craig) and Carrie; and his siblings-in-law, Len (Hollie), Ray (Dianne), Jean (Joe) and Gail (Bob).
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Hyde & Mott Chapel, R. H. B. Anderson Funeral Homes Ltd. (60 Main St S, Hagersville, ON N0A1H0). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM.
