He is survived by: his parents, Ward LaForme Sr. and Bessie LaForme (Hill); his siblings, Irvin, Virginia, Martin, Joan, Erma (Brent) and Dale; his nieces and nephews, Tracey, Tammy (Kyle), Mark (Karmen), Shawn (Monika) and Amy Jake (Jeff); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Andrew (Drew), Tashina, Taylor (Andy), Randi, Jessica (Jacob), Alex (Alley), Theda-Joan, Aurora, Nick Max, Myah, Phoenix and Hawkley; and also, Kaiden, Addy, Hudson, Ellie, Jackson, Devin, Emerson, Gracie and Sophia.
Interment at New Credit Cemetery. (Covid restrictions apply - masks required.).
