He was predeceased by: his sons, Stephen and Brent. He is survived by: his wife Fern Gardner; and his children, Laurel, Ardeth, Kristen and Drew (Carrie). He is also survived by his sister Donna Book (Bob), his grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
