He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter LaForme and Ruth LaForme (Brant); and his siblings, Delma, Edith, Carson, Hazel, Cameron and Gene.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his children, Charlene (Duane), Marvin Jr. (Dawn), Burl (Denise), Arlie (Jenny) and Kassie; his grandchildren, Hannah, Tamara (Dave), Jordan, Nicholas, Nathaniel, Josiah, Joseph and Seth; his great grandchildren, Helen, Catherine, Allison, Benjiman and Julianna; his sister Velma (George); his stepsons, Michael, Darren (Kim) and Kevin (Cynthia); and his grandchildren, Bailey, Carleigh, Rileigh, Danny and Christopher. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
