He is survived by: his sons, Nathan (Tanya), Zachary (Lauren), Jacob (Samantha) and Jen Rubio; and his nieces and nephews, Marianne Buwalda (Shannon), Joyce (Bob Needham), Corey (Crystal), Christopher (Cara), Dorothy (Steve Deshane), Patrick (Elyn), Nicholas (Becca), Cole (Stephanie) and Trish Buwalda (Jim Harding).

In lieu of flowers, donations to the West Haldimand General Hospital in Hagersville would be greatly appreciated.
