He was predeceased by: his parents, Marjorie VanEvery and Jeff VanEvery; and his wife Irene LaForme. He is survived by: his children, Charles Bice, Terry (Jodi-Lee), Eric (Natalie), Jeff, Erica (Clint), Brad and Larry (Michelle); his grandchildren, Cassandra, Kaden, Meadow, Honey, Lazarus, Jeremiah, Jacob and Aniyah; and his great grandchildren, Hayden and Xavier.
