She is survived by: her children, Khloe, Syress and Maverick; her parents, Kathy LaForme and Rick Silversmith; her sister Kendra (Brett); her grandparents, Fred and Betty LaForme; and her parents-in-law, Mark and Brenda Staats. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
