He is survived by: his mother Brigitte Schuetze; his stepmother Patricia Cook; his siblings, Rod, Herb (Amy) and Cindy (Jay); his nieces and nephews, Jesse, April, Kryslyn, Abby, Ally, Brandi (Mike), Breanne (Richard) and Jason Jr.; and his sister Angela. He is also survived by his extended family and friends.
