She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph and Ann; and her brother Tony. She is survived by: her son Grant LaForme (Megan); her grandson Ezra; and her brother Stacey LaForme (Tara). She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and her many close friends.
