She was predeceased by: her husband Cecil LaForme; her son Brian; and her sister-in-law Darlene. She is survived by: her children, Chris, Roberta and Sam; her great grandchildren, Chantay, Darnell and Achilles; her siblings, Pete, Pat, Donna, Nancy, Connie and Joan; and her siblings-in-law, Marvin, Joan, Margaret, Ralph, Harold, Gary, Irene and Albert. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
