He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Sherk and Ruth Sherk; his sibling Ernie (Bonnie Young); and his mother-in-law Ruth Lofthouse. He is survived by: his spouse Laurie Sherk (Lofthouse); his children, Jodi, David, Tim and Betsy; his grandchildren, Silas, Emmett, Madelyn and Noah; his brothers, Dave (Linda Sherk), Bob (Linda Tietz) and Larry (Enid Tietz); his father-in-law Alvin; and his siblings-in-law, Kathy, Bryon Lamoure, Judy, Ralph Hutchinson, Teri Way, Kristine, Joe Skeggs, Bill, Brenda Lofthouse and Dave Lofthouse. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
