He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Powless and Warren Powless; his siblings, Gus, Matthew (Rick) and Debbie; his wife Melanie Powless; and his daughter Darla.
He is survived by: his sibling Gail; and his children, Brandon, Karlene, Billie, Jolie, Jeff Jr. and Aleesha. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews and many friends.
