He was predeceased by: his former wife Dorothy; his daughter Lois McKeen; his stepson David Ferguson; and his siblings, Helen Reid (Andy), Hazel Smith (Jack), Roy Carpenter and Jean Carpenter (Ivan).
He is survived by: his spouse Ruby (Ferguson); his children, Gerald (Lynda), Roy Reichheld (Jo-Anne) and Elaine Kinnear (Ken); his stepchildren, Rob Ferguson (Ginny) of Seagrove and Stephen Ferguson of Vancouver; his sibling Fred Reichheld; his sibling-in-law Joe Kelly; and his father-in-law Fred McKeen.
Donations may be made in Howard's memory to West Haldimand General Hospital or Oneida United Church.
